And hello to a lot of 'yummy' traditional Chinese food =] I'm hungry, so will show you some of the rare, the icky, and my all time favs. Look at Jamie's blog for a picture of a century egg, also known loosely as 'horse urine egg'. Seriously though, it is quite yummy ;) Our goal is to feed that to Adam.
This is a Chinese cuisine called swallow birds nest, usually in drinkable soup form. That one is blood birds nest X] It is made out of the saliva of swifts, except that THAT one also has blood and other stuff which comes after eggs hatch. Never tried blood one, but the white one is nice ;)
Something that if you see in China, you're too close to it T.T That stuff REEKS like a sewer. Literally called 'stinky tofu', i.e. 臭豆腐 Run far, far away.

*Drool* Coconut cream sago with mango. Nicer with taro though XD I love desserts that have coconut cream in them *sigh*. Have I made anyone hungry/disgusted?
