Current bane: Everest simulation STILL, plus accounting.
So there is a lingering scent of bushfire-like burning in the air (might be my brain cells) and tis putting me off homework. Not that I do much anyway, but...
As ever, I am dabbling in forums and...stuff on the weekend :) Ngawww...isn't the art in the doujin so pretty~~
Anyway, let me introduce you all to a friend concept not very much indulged in in the real world. You see, there exists dust bunnies, but then there are also those things online writers like to call plot bunnies. Many fanfiction writers will find that sometimes, the most ridiculous things that happen to them in real life can be transposed into a story. The most impressive stretch of the mind I've seen is a plot bunny created from a nightmare, then yaoi-ised. o_o Seriously...nothing is safe from fangirls attempts to yaoi-ise it! >=D
Plot bunnies are both good and bad. Some, the ones from hell, latch on and sink their teeth in until you give up trying to swing them off and have no choice but to write out the story.
The good ones lie sleeping in the back of your mind until such time as you need them X) Plot bunnies breed extremely quickly though, so sometimes they pose an extremely bad distraction.
Sadly, plot bunnies don't plague me as much as they used to before university started. I'm taking it as a sign that I'm maturing (cough) and losing what creativity I had through high school. Pity. I'll miss them.
